General Conditions

Products on our website are subject to availability. If a watch has been sold in store at the same time that an online order is placed, we will notify you immediately and cancel your order. 

All products will remain available for sale on our website and will not be released for collection or dispatch until we have received payment in full. 

Deposits taken in order to hold pieces and remove them from sale while arrangements are made are non refundable. 

Deposits taken on special order pieces are non refundable.

If a watch that you wish to purchase is in our service centre, we will advise you immediately of any delay prior to accepting your order and endeavour to deliver within a reasonable timeframe should you wish to proceed. 

The images on our website are photographed using High Dynamic Range to show detail and colour as clearly and accurately as possible. They are not filtered or adjusted in any way. We are not responsible for any differences in hue due to device or monitor settings. 

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time and without notice as a result of updated RRP, changes in availability, and fluctuations in exchange rate. 

Our prices are VAT included. Our watches are not subject to tax refund.

Prices displayed on our website are in Swiss francs (CHF). We are able to accept payments in U.S Dollar and Euro. Prices in these currencies will be converted on the day as per current exchange rate. 

Delivery is not included in the price. We always prefer to deliver our watches in person rather than by post. It is much safer.
